From Establishment of Clearance Approval to Delay in Executing the Law
40 days has passed since the last approval of the government but there is no news from clearing cars from customs which show that officials aren’t executing the decisions of the government.
Khodrocar – about 40 days ago the government made a decision with the support of other organizations to clear all cars form customs and according to this approval all stocked cars in customs should be cleared with the previous laws and delivered to the final customer.
A little research shows that no car has left the customs in the past 40 days and this happens while the order is from the government.
"If we look at the government’s approval we’ll see that in this approval all governmental and none-governmental organizations have accepted the approval and signed it but now after 40 days we are seeing that those organizations which signed the approval are saying that they don’t have any execution plan to do.” Mehdi Dadfar, secretary of vehicle importers association told khodrocar reporter.
"In the current situation, which takes place 40 days after the date of notification and execution of the Islamic Republic's government, it is questioned why the body of the government does not observe and enforce state acts, and besides, when there are no legal decisions respected in the country, some people They expect the countries and other governments to respect the government and business and political agreements with Iran.” He added.
"A significant amount of country's problems lies in non-executive decisions and lack of enforcement by law enforcement agencies, and the lack of clearance of customs cars in the past 40 days is an example of this.” He said.
"The deadline of executing this approval is about 4 months and 40 days of it has passed and one month will be off because of New Year. The members of the association, in their recent decision, have come to the conclusion that, if approved by the government, the vehicles depopulated in the customs will be returned to the country of origin and the people's capital will be returned to them.” He added.
"According to former minister of Industry, Mine and Trade closing the website of SABTARESH was illegal and it’s a question that why no judicial follow-up has been done and while the government made a decision to solve the problem then why the body of government won’t do anything?” He added. "An examination of these cases shows that all of the problems are not subject to US sanctions, and internal sanctions and governance overwhelms many issues.”
With these interpretations it can be said that leaving or leaving the car depot in the customs of the country is not the main priority, but the correct and correct implementation of the rules without the involvement of personal opinions from the body of the government is the main issue of the adoption and enforcement of the laws of the country. Along with this, if decomposed cars are brought to the market as soon as possible or returned to the source, much of the problems created in the car market, especially the problems created for the final consumer will be resolved.
